Dalam mitologi Mesopotamia, Ereshkigal (𒀭𒊩𒌆𒆠𒃲 DEREŠ.KI.GAL, lit. "Ratu Bumi Besar") adalah dewi Kur, tanah orang mati atau dunia bawah dalam mitologi Sumeria. Dalam mitos Semit Timur kemudian, ia dikatakan memerintah Irkalla bersama suaminya Nergal. Terkadang namanya diberikan sebagai Irkalla, mirip dengan cara nama Hades digunakan dalam mitologi Yunani untuk dunia bawah dan penguasanya, dan kadang-kadang diberikan sebagai Ninkigal, menyala.
