Erik ten Hag (lahir 2 Februari 1970) adalah pelatih dan mantan pemain sepak bola profesional Belanda yang terakhir melatih klub Premier League, Manchester United.
Ten Hag bermain sebagai bek tengah dan memulai karirnya dengan klub Eredivisie Twente. Dia bergabung dengan De Graafschap pada tahun 1990, dan memenangkan Eerste Divisie di musim pertamanya. Dia bergabung kembali dengan Twente pada tahun 1992 dan dipindahkan ke RKC Waalwijk dua tahun kemudian, di mana dia bertahan selama satu musim sebelum menandatangani kontrak dengan Utrecht pada tahun 1995.
