Giulio Cesare in Egitto (pelafalan [ˈdʒuːljo ˈtʃeːzare in eˈdʒitto]; Italia untuk "Julius Caesar di Mesir", HWV 17), yang lebih sering disebut sebagai Giulio Cesare, adalah sebuah dramma per musica (opera seria) tiga bagian yang dikomposisikan oleh Royal Academy of Music oleh George Frideric Handel pada tahun 1724. Libretto tersebut ditulis oleh Nicola Francesco Haym yang memakai sebuah libretto sebelumnya karya Giacomo Francesco Bussani, yang dirancang untuk dijadikan musik oleh Antonio Sartorio (1676).
