Stephen Grover Cleveland (18 Maret 1837 – 24 Juni 1908) adalah Presiden Amerika Serikat yang ke-22 (1885–1889) dan ke-24 (1893–1897). Ia adalah presiden pertama yang menjabat dua kali secara tak berurutan. Ia juga merupakan satu-satunya Demokrat yang terpilih sebagai presiden pada masa ketika Partai Republik mendominasi politik antara 1860 dan 1912, serta satu-satunya Demokrat yang terpilih setelah Perang Saudara. Para pengagumnya memuji karena kejujuran, independensi dan integritasnya. Sebagai pemimpin dari Demokrat Bourbon, ia menentang imperialisme, pajak, korupsi, patronage (perlindungan khusus, biasanya bagi pengusaha), subsidi, dan kebijakan-kebijakan yang menimbulkan inflasi, sementara berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip liberalisme klasik.
