Huemul (Hippocamelus bisulcus), atau disebut juga Guemal atau Rusa Andes Selatan, adalah suatu rusa asli pegunungan Argentina dan Chili, yang saat ini tergolong spesies yang "terancam punah". Ia merupakan salah satu dari dua spesies rusa bertubuh sedang dari genus Hippocamelus, dengan habitat di lereng-lerang pegunungan tinggi dan lembah-lembah Pegunungan Andes. Penyebaran, habitat, perilaku, dan makanan rusa ini telah menjadi subyek penelitian. Kelangsungan hidup dari populasi kecil rusa ini yang masih tersisa telah mendapatkan perhatian yang luar biasa dari para peneliti.
Gambar Huemul terdapat dalam Lambang Nasional Chili, dan sejak tahun 2006 rusa ini dinobatkan sebagai Monumen Alam Nasional.
