Ike Wister Turner (5 November 1931 – 12 Desember 2007) adalah pemusik dan pemimpin band asal Amerika Serikat yang sekaligus berprofesi sebagai pencari bakat dan produser rekaman. Ia dikenal sebagai pasangan duet mantan istrinya, Tina Turner dalam duo Ike & Tina Turner. Dalam setengah abad karier musiknya, repertoar Ike Turner mencakup lagu-lagu irama blues, soul, rock, dan funk.
