John Benson Sebastian (lahir 17 Maret 1944) adalah seorang penyanyi-penulis lagu, gitaris, pemain harmonik, dan autoharpist asal Amerika. Ia dikenal sebagai salah satu pendiri The Lovin' Spoonful, juga tak lupa penampilan dadakannya di Festival Woodstock pada tahun 1969 dan lagu "Welcome Back" yang menjadi hit di Amerika Seriakt pada 1976.
Dia dilantik ke dalam Rock and Roll Hall of Fame pada tahun 2000 sebagai anggota The Lovin' Spoonful.
