Jonathan Drew Groff (kelahiran 26 Maret 1985) adalah seorang aktor dan penyanyi Amerika. Pada usia 22 tahun, Groff meraih sebuah nominasi Penghargaan Tony untuk penampilannya sebagai Melchior Gabor dalam musikal rock Broadway Spring Awakening. Ia juga memerankan peran Claude dalam Hair. Biasa terlihat di panggung off-Broadway, Groff memenangkan Penghargaan Obie karena membintangi dua permainan panggung Craig Lucas, Prayer for My Enemy dan The Singing Forest. Ia membuat debut West End-nya dalam permainan panggung Deathtrap bersama dengan Simon Russell Beale. Ia juga membintangi permainan panggung dua pria Red bersama dengan Alfred Molina.
