Kabanda (Dewanagari: कबन्ध; ,IAST: Kabandha,; arti harfiah: "badan tanpa kepala") adalah nama raksasa dalam mitologi Hindu berwujud monster tanpa kepala, yang dibunuh dan dibebaskan dari kutukan oleh Dewa Rama—seorang awatara (penjelmaan) Wisnu—beserta adiknya, Laksmana. Legenda Kabanda termaktub dalam kitab wiracarita Hindu Ramayana dan Mahabharata, demikian pula dalam versi-versi dan adaptasi Ramayana lainnya.
Menurut cerita, dahulu Kabanda adalah seorang gandarwa (pemusik surgawi) bernama Wiswabasu atau Danu, yang dikutuk menjadi makhluk buruk rupa pemakan daging, oleh Indra, pemimpin para dewa, atau versi lain menyebut pengutuknya ialah Resi Astawakra. Saat bertemu Rama dan Laksmana, dua bersaudara tersebut memotong tangannya lalu membakar jenazahnya. Setelah kematiannya, Kabanda kembali ke wujudnya semula yaitu seorang gandarwa, dan menyarankan Rama untuk berangkat ke Gunung Resyamukha, tempat bersembunyinya raja kera Sugriwa. Ia menyarankan agar Rama menjalin persekutuan dengan Sugriwa, dalam upaya mencari Sinta, istri Rama yang diculik Rahwana, raja raksasa di Alengka. Sesuai petunjuk Kabanda, Rama berteman dengan Sugriwa, dan akhirnya berhasil menyelamatkan Sinta.
