Komboloi (bahasa Yunani: κομπολόι) adalah aksesoris terbuat dari manik-manik kayu, batu amber, tulang, perak, biji, plastik dll, yang ditusuk di tengahnya dan dipasang di tali atau rantai. Kemudian, ujung tali atau rantainya diikat. Di ujung komboloi biasanya ada rumbai dari sutra atau di masa kini dari kain biasa.
Komboloi sering digunakan di Yunani dan di Siprus, biasanya hanya oleh laki-laki sebagai penenang hati, terutama saat hiburan dan berkumpul di rumah kopi. Komboloi digunakan juga ketika seseorang ingin berhenti merokok, supaya tangannya tetap sibuk.
Komboloi berasal dari tasbih atau rosario yang dipakai di beberapa tradisi agamawi (Muslim, Katolik, Ortodoks). Namun, berbeda dengan tasbih dan rosario, komboloi telah tidak ada lagi makna atau tujuan agamawi apapun dan digunakan hanya sebagai hiburan.
Dahulu dan hingga tengah abad ka-19, komboloi digunakan oleh orang-orang yang penting, bagai para pejabat negara. Akan tetapi, di masa kini komboloi telah menjadi aksesoris yang tersedia kepada semua golongan dan kelas sosial. Orang-orang terkenal yang menggunakan komboloi termasuk Andreas Papandreou, mantan Perdana Menteri Yunani, Glafkos Kliridis, mantan Presiden Siprus, Aristotelis Onasis dll.
