Korsika (bahasa Prancis: Corse, bahasa Korsika: Corsica, bahasa Liguria: Còrsega) adalah sebuah region di Prancis. Korsika terletak di sebelah barat Italia, 160 km sebelah tenggara Prancis Daratan, dan sebelah utara Sardinia.
Korsika (secara resmi disebut Kolektivitas Korsika) merupakan salah satu dari 26 région Prancis, meskipun dia secara de jure berstatus komunitas teritori (collectivité territoriale). Dengan status ini, Korsika dianggap lebih penting dari région-région lainnya, tetapi status ini sebenarnya relatif sama dengan status région dalam kebanyakan hal. Korsika sering kali digolongkan sebagai sebuah "région" oleh sebagian besar pihak. Walaupun terpisah dari Prancis Daratan oleh Laut Liguria, Korsika secara administratif termasuk dalam kawasan Prancis Metropolitan.
Korsika menjadi bagian Prancis sejak 1768. Dalam sebuah referendum yang diselenggarakan pada 6 Juli 2003, sekitar 191.000 pemilih menolak status otonomi terbatas yang ditawarkan pemerintah Prancis dengan selisih persentase 1,96%.
Korsika termasyhur sebagai tempat kelahiran Napoleon Bonaparte.
