Lamborghini Miura adalah sebuah mobil sport yang dibuat oleh Lamborghini dari 1966 sampai 1972. Mobil ini secara luas dianggap telah menghasut tren mobil sport berperforma tinggi, bermesin tengah, dan memiliki 2 kursi. Pada waktu peluncurannya, mobil ini menjadi mobil tercepat di jamannya.
Pada awalnya, Miura dipahami oleh tim insinyur Lamborghini, yang merancang mobil di waktu luang mereka melawan keinginan pendiri perusahaan Ferruccio Lamborghini, yang menunjukkan preferensi terhadap memproduksi mobil turing yang bertenaga besar namun nyaman, ketimbang mesin mobil balap yang diproduksi oleh saingan lokalnya, Ferrari. Ketika sasisnya dipresentasikan pada Turin Auto Show 1965 dan prototipe P400 meluncur di Geneva Motor Show 1966, mobil ini mendapat sambutan yang baik dari pers otomotif, yang terkesan dengan gayanya yang ramping dari Marcello Gandini serta desainnya yang revolusioner.
Sebagai mobil termahal perusahaan, Miura menerima pembaruan berkala dan tetap diproduksi sampai tahun 1972. Mobil ini tidak diganti dalam jajaran produk perusahaan sampai Countach menggantikannya pada tahun 1974, di tengah masa keuangan perusahaan yang sedang kacau balau.
