    • Liptauer adalah keju olesan yang telah ditambahkan bumbu dari Hungaria. Liptauer dikembangkan dari keju Liptoi yang terbuat dari susu domba dan berwarna putih. Dadih dari keju Liptoi digantung dalam karung sebelum dibawa ke pabrik kecil dan kemudian dadih dicampur dengan paprika dan garam sehingga menjadi keju oles Liptauer. Keluarga-keluarga di Hungaria memiliki resep tersendiri untuk keju Liptauer. Ada yang menambahkan bawang bombai, jintan, capers, dan teri ke dalam dadih. Karena orang Hungaria suka akan makanan pedas maka keju Liptauer tersedia juga dalam versi yang sangat pedas. Selain di Hungaria, keju ini juga dibuat di Ceko, Austria dan negara-negara Skandinavia. Keju oles yang serupa dibuat juga di Italia dengan menggunakan keju Gorgonzola sebagai pengganti Liptoi dan Mascarpone sebagai pengganti mentega.
