    Mercia (bahasa Inggris Kuno: Miercna rīce) adalah salah satu kerajaan Heptarkhia Anglo-Saxon. Namanya adalah sebuah Latinisasi dari kata bahasa Inggris Lama Mierce atau Myrce, yang artinya "orang perbatasan" (lihat March).
    Kerajaan tersebut terpusat di lembah Sungai Trent dan cabang-cabang sungainya, di kawasan yang sekarang dikenal sebagai English Midlands. "Ibu kota" kerajaan tersebut adalah kota Tamworth, yang merupakan pusat pemerintahan Raja-Raja Mercia dari sekitar tahun 584 Masehi, saat Raja Creoda membangun sebuah benteng di kota tersebut.
