Mnemosine (Bahasa Yunani: Μνημοσύνη) adalah salah satu Titan dalam Mitologi Yunani. Dia adalah Titan ingatan dan memori, dan merupakan anak dari Uranus dan Gaia.

Mnemosine berhubungan seksual dengan Zeus selama sembilan malam berturut-turut. Dari persetubuhna itu, Mnemosine melahirkan sembilan orang Musai. Para Musai adalah dewi musik, nyanyian, tarian, sastra dan lagu. Berikut adalah para Musai beserta atribut mereka:

Mnemosine juga berkuasa atas sebuah kolam di dunia bawah. Air kolam tersebutbisa mengembiilkan ingatan, berkebalikan dari kolam lethe.
Orang-orang yang ingin berkonsultasi dengan orakel Trophonios di Boeotia terlebih dahulu harus meminum air dari mata air yang disebut "Lethe" dan "Mnemosyne" sampai mabuk.

Dalam serial Sailor Moon, ada tokoh bernama Sailor Mnemosyne. Dia, bersama kembarannya Sailor Lethe, termasuk dalam kelompok Shadow Galactica. Jika karakter Sailor Lethe cenderung antagonis, tidak demikian dengan Sailor Mnemosyne. Bahkan bisa dibilang Sailor Mnemosyne merupakan satu-satunya karakter protagonis dalam kelompok tersebut.
