Mohamed Mohamed el-Amir Awad el-Sayed Atta (Arab: محمد محمد الأمير عوض السيد عطا; Muḥammad Muḥammad al-Āmir ‘Awaḍ as-Sayyid ‘Aṭā; 1 September 1968 – 11 September 2001) merupakan seorang teroris berkebangsaan Mesir. Dia merupakan pilot pembajak pesawat American Airlines Penerbangan 11 yang menabrak gedung World Trade Center di utara .
Atta kemudian hijrah bersama keluarganya ke Kairo. Di sini, ia belajar arsitektur di Universitas Kairo sebelum akhirnya memperdalam masalah perkotaan di Universitas Hamburg, Jerman.
