    Narcissa "Cissy" Malfoy (diperankan oleh Helen McCrory) adalah tokoh fiksi dalam kisah Harry Potter karangan penulis Inggris J.K. Rowling. Narcissa Malfoy (terlahir Black) merupakan putri bungsu dari pasangan penyihir berdarah murni dari Keluarga Black yakni Cygnus Black dan istrinya Druella Black (Terlahir Rosier).
    Cissy memiliki ciri-cirinya adalah mata berwarna biru dan berambut pirang (ciri keluarga Black).
    Narcissa Malfoy Lahir tahun 1955 (menurut J.K Rowling). Narcissa adalah ibu dari Draco Malfoy dan istri dari pelahap maut Lucius Malfoy. Narcissa memiliki dua orang kakak perempuan yaitu Bellatrix Lestrange (Terlahir Black) dan Andromeda Tonks (Terlahir Black).
    Narcissa adalah bibi dari pihak ibu dari Nymphadora Tonks Black. Setelah pertempuran di Hogwarts ia memiliki satu orang cucu laki-laki dari putra tunggalnya Draco dan bernama Scorpius Malfoy dengan penyihir berdarah murni Astoria Greengrass.
    Astoria Greengrass adalah adik perempuan sahabat dan seangkatan Draco Malfoy di Hogwarts yang juga murid asrama Slytherin, yang bernama Daphne Greengrass.


    Keluarga dan peranan dalam cerita


    Narcissa mempunyai ayah mertua bernama Abraxas Malfoy. Narcissa memiliki kakak ipar laki-laki dari kakak sulungnya Bellatrix yang bernama Rodolphus Lestrange dan saudara laki-laki Rodolphus Lestrange yaitu Rabastan Lestrange yang juga pelahap maut. Kakak ipar dari kakak kedua Narcissa berketurunan bukan penyihir (atau Mudblood / Muggle) bernaman Ted Tonks. Setelah kakaknya Andromeda Tonks menikah dengan Ted Tonks namanya dihapus dari keluarga Black oleh bibinya Walburga Black,ibu dari Sirius Black.
    Narcissa tinggal di Malfoy Manor (Rumah Besar Keluarga Malfoy) bersama Suaminya Lucius Malfoy dan putra tunggalnya Draco Malfoy. Hampir semua keturunan keluarga Malfoy masuk di asrama Slytherin di Sekolah Sihir Hogwarts. Narcissa sendiri adalah salah satu siswi asrama Slytherin. Meskipun ia sepaham dengan suaminya mengenai kemurnian darah, tetapi ia lebih mencemaskan kekayaan keluarga dibandingkan membantu Voldemort dalam memperluas kekuasaan, sehingga ia tidak masuk jajaran Pelahap Maut.
    Pada buku keenam Harry Potter dan Pangeran Berdarah Campuran, Narcissa mengunjungi Severus Snape bersama kakak sulungnya Bellatrix Lestrenge. Narcissa juga mengajukan dan membuat sumpah dengan Severus Snape di rumahnya di Spinner End. Sumpah ini di kenal dengan nama Unbreakable Vow atau Sumpah tak terlanggar di awal buku keenam Harry Potter untuk menyelamatkan putra yang disayanginya dari Pangeran Kegelapan yang memberi misi pada Draco untuk membantunya memasuki Sekolah Sihir Hogwarts. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ia sangat protektif terhadap anak tunggalnya itu.
