    Oliebollen (atau di Belgia disebut smoutebollen) adalah kue gorengan asal Belanda berisi kismis atau potongan apel dengan rasa mirip donat. Oliebollen juga dikenal di Indonesia dan sering tercantum dalam buku resep kue terbitan lama. Di Belanda kue ini secara tradisi dimakan pada malam tahun baru. Oliebollen dibuat dengan cara menggoreng adonan di dalam minyak panas sampai berwarna kecoklatan. Adonan dibuat dari tepung, telur, ragi, garam, dan susu. Adonan ini dibiarkan sekitar 1 jam dan digoreng, kemudian ditaburi gula bubuk.
