    Park Bo-gum (Hangeul 박보검, Rom: Bak Bo Geom) (lahir 16 Juni 1993) adalah aktor dan model iklan dari Korea Selatan. Namanya mulai melambung ketika berperan sebagai Choi Taek dalam drama Reply 1988 (2015).


    Perjalanan Karir


    Park Bo-gum hobi bernyanyi dan bermain piano sejak usia belia. Itulah mengapa ia dulu bercita-cita menjadi idol atau penyanyi, tetapi beberapa orang menyarankan agar ia terjun ke dunia akting.
    Bo-gum memulai karier aktingnya pada tahun 2011 dalam film Blind. Lalu pada tahun-tahun berikutnya, ia membintangi banyak drama dan sukses menjadi pemeran utama dalam drama Wonderful Mama.
    Di tahun 2015, Bo-gum membintangi sebuah film yang menegangkan berjudul Coin locker girl bersama Kim Go Eun.
    Namanya mulai melambung ketika berperan sebagai Choi Taek dalam drama Reply 1988 (2015). Di Reply 1988, ia berperan sebagai seorang lelaki polos yang hanya pandai bermain baduk namun mampu menarik perhatian penonton drama saat itu. Ia adalah salah satu dari lima bersahabat Ssangmun-dong, bersama Lee Hye Ri, Ryu Jun Yeol, Go Kyung Pyo dan Lee Dong Hwi. Setelah perannya sebagai Choi Taek, ia mendapat julukan dari masyarakat Korea yaitu nations little brother. Reply 1988 mendapatkan rating yang terbilang sangat tinggi hingga saat ini.
    Di tahun 2016, Bo-gum kembali sukses mendapat peran utama dalam drama saegeuk yaitu Love in the Moonlight (구르미 그린 달빛) bersama Kim Yoo Jung. Ia berperan sebagai Pangeran Mahkota muda bernama Lee Yeong yang jatuh cinta pada wanita yang bekerja sebagai Kasim kerajaan.
    2 tahun hiatus dari dunia drama, Bo-gum kembali berperan dalam drama Encounter (남자친구) pada tahun 2018 bersama Song Hye Kyo. Ia berperan sebagai Kim Jin Hyeok, seorang pemuda yang selalu berfikir positif.
    Tahun 2020, Bo-gum tampil dalam drama Record of Youth bersama Park So-dam. Karakter yang dimainkan Bo-gum ialah sebagai Sa Hye Joon, seorang pemuda yang realistis dan pantang menyerah.
    Di tahun yang sama di bulan Agustus, Bo-gum resmi berangkat tugas wajib militer. Ia ditugaskan di pangkalan militer angkatan laut Korea. Sebelum l999wajib militer, Ia sudah merampungkan beberapa proyek yaitu salah satunya film Seo Bok bersama Gong Yoo yang tayang di akhir tahun 2020 (April 2021 tayang bioskop di Indonesia). Satu lagi film yang rencananya akan tayang tahun 2022 mendatang, dengan Gong Yoo di film Wonderland dan dipasangkan dengan aktris Bae Suzy.
    Bo-gum rencananya akan selesai wajib militer pada tahun 2022.
