Petr Pavel (pelafalan Ceko: [ˈpɛtr̩ ˈpavɛl]; lahir 1 November 1961) adalah seorang politikus Ceko dan pensiunan jenderal yang merupakan Presiden Republik Ceko sejak 2023. Dia sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Ketua Komite Militer NATO dari tahun 2015 hingga 2018, dan sebagai Kepala Staf Umum Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Ceko, dari tahun 2012 hingga 2015.
Pavel lahir di Plana, sebuah kota di distrik Tachov, Ceko, dari keluarga militer. Pavel mendaftar ke militer setelah lulus SMA pada tahun 1983. Setelah Revolusi Beludru, Pavel bergabung dengan Tentara Ceko yang baru didirikan dan ia berpartisipasi dalam evakuasi Pangkalan Karin di Yugoslavia yang membuatnya mendapatkan pujian serta penghargaan dan pengakuan internasional. Pavel naik pangkat militer menjadi Kepala Staf Umum dari Angkatan Bersenjata Ceko dari tahun 2012 hingga 2015. Dia kemudian dipilih menjadi Ketua Komite Militer NATO, tahun 2015 hingga 2018, menjadi perwira militer pertama dari bekas Blok Timur yang memegang jabatan tersebut.
