    Indonesia hanya mengizinkan sistem MLM dengan model matahari. Qnet di Indonesia melalui anak perusahaan PT Amoeba Internasional untuk mencari anggota baru, dimasukkan ke dalam daftar investasi bodong oleh OJK karena menjalankan MLM dengan sistem binari.Perusahaan ini juga ditengarai menghasut masyarakat dengan mengiming-imingi pekerjaan dengan gaji besar dengan cara mencari dua member (6 dalam sumber lain) lainnya sebagai anggota baru di bawahnya. Untuk bergabung seluruh calon anggota baru diminta untuk membeli produk milik Qnet seharga 10 juta. Calon anggota baru jika tidak mempunyai uang diajarkan untuk UGD (Utang, Gadai, dan Dol (jual)) sehingga banyak yang berhutang/menggadaikan barang-barangnya

    SIUPL untuk menjual barang-barang Qnet sudah mati sejak 26 Maret 2018. SIUPL diperlukan sebagai legalitas perusahaan untuk menjual barangnya dengan sistem pemasaran langsung/MLM.
