Henry Ross Perot (; 27 Juni 1930 – 9 Juli 2019) adalah seorang tokoh bisnis, miliarder, filantropis, dan politikus Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah pendiri dan pejabat eksekutif tertinggi perusahaan Electronic Data Systems dan Perot Systems. Ia menjalankan kampanye presiden independen pada pemilihan presiden 1992 dan kampanye partai ketiga pada pemilihan presiden 1996, dengan mendirikan Partai Reformasi. Kedua kampanyenya tersebut adalah penampilan calon presiden terkuat yang dilakukan oleh calon dari partai ketiga atau kandidat independen dalam sejarah A.S.
Lahir di Texarkana, Texas, Perot menjadi seorang penjual produk IBM setelah mengabdi di Angkatan Laut Amerika Serikat. Pada tahun 1962, ia mendirikan Electronic Data Systems, sebuah perusahaan layanan pemrosesan data. Pada 1984, General Motors membeli saham mayoritas perusahaan sebesar $ 2,4 miliar. Kehidupan awal, pendidikan dan karier militer
Perot lahir di Texarkana, Texas, putra dari Lula May (née Ray) dan Gabriel Ross Perot, seorang pialang komoditas yang berspesialisasi dalam kontrak kapas. Ia bersekolah di sekolah swasta bernama Patty Hill. Ia lulus dari Texas High School di Texarkana pada tahun 1947.
