Roxana (bahasa Yunani: Ρωξάνη; bahasa Avesta: Raoxshna; bahasa Persia: روشنک, "cantik luminous"; bahasa Persia: رکسانا, رخسانا Rokhsāna; terkadang Roxanne, Roxanna, Roxandra dan Roxane, adlah seorang putri Bactria dan istri dari Aleksander Agung. Ia lahir sebelum tahun 343 SM, meskipun tanggal pastinya tidak diketahui, dan meninggal pada tahun sekitar 310 SM.
Kehidupan
Roxana adalah putri dari seorang baron Bactria minor yang bernama Oxyartes dari Balkh di Bactria (di sekitar provinsi Balkh di Afghanistan pada masa sekarang), dan menikah dengan Aleksander Agung pada usia muda, setelah ia mengunjungi perbentengan Batu Sogdian. Pada 327 SM Aleksander menikahi Roxana meskipun mendatangkan pertentangan yang kuat dari seluruh pengikut dan jenderalnya.
Setelah kematian Aleksander di Babilonia pada 323 SM, ia menamai putranya dengan nama Aleksander. Selain itu, setelah kematian Aleksander, Roxana membunuh janda Aleksander lainnya, Stateira II, serta saudari Stateira Drypteis atau Parysatis II (istri ketiga Aleksander).
Roxana dan putranya dilindungi oleh ibu Aleksander, Olympias, di Makedonia. Sejak Aleksander IV menjadi pewaris sah dari kekaisaran Aleksandria, Cassander melantiknya dan Roxana dibunuh pada tahun sekitar 310 SM.
