Sanctus, Madah Kudus, atau Aklamasi Kudus adalah suatu nyanyian dalam liturgi Katolik Roma. Madah ini disebut sebagai epinikios hymnos (bahasa Yunani: ἐπινίκιος ὕμνος, "Nyanyian Kemenangan") untuk merujuk nyanyian ini ketika dibawakan dalam bahasa Yunani.
Pada gereja-gereja beritus Bizantin, nyanyian ini dipanjatkan oleh paduan suara gereja sebagai tanggapan saat Anafora Suci didaraskan.
Teks bahasa Yunaninya berbunyi:

Ἅγιος, ἅγιος, ἅγιος Κύριος Σαβαώθ· (Ágios, ágios, ágios Kýrios Savaóth.)
πλήρης ὁ οὐρανὸς καὶ ἡ γῆ τῆς δόξης σου, (plíris o ouranós kaí i gí tís dóxis sou,)
ὡσαννὰ ἐν τοῖς ὑψίστοις. (osanná en toís ypsístois.)
Εὐλογημένος ὁ ἐρχόμενος ἐν ὀνόματι Κυρίου. (Evlogiménos o erchómenos en onómati Kyríou)
Ὡσαννὰ ὁ ἐν τοῖς ὑψίστοις. (Osanná o en toís ypsístois)

Dalam Kekristenan Barat, Sanctus dinyanyikan (atau diucapkan) sebagai bagian terakhir dari Pendahuluan dari Doa Ekaristi, doa konsekrasi roti dan anggur. Dalam kerangka ini, Sanctus segera mengikuti pendahuluan doa ekaristi. Pendahuluan ini, yang berubah-ubah sesuai dengan tahun liturgi, biasanya ditutup dengan kata-kata yang menggambarkan pujian umat yang bergabung dengan pujian para malaikat. Teks Latinnya berbunyi:

Sanctus, Sanctus, Sanctus,
Dominus Deus Sabbaoth;
Pleni sunt caeli et terra gloria Tua.
Hosanna in excelsis.
Teks ini diadaptasi dari Yesaya 6:3, yang melukiskan penglihatan nabi Yesaya akan takhta Allah yang dikelilingi oleh serafim yang bersayap enam yang melayani-Nya. Representasi serupa dapat ditemukan dalam Wahyu 4:8. Dalam liturgi Yahudi, ayat dari Yesaya tadi diucapkan oleh jemaat pada bagian Kedusha, sebuah doa yang diucapkan ketika kantor mengulangi Amidah (18 Berkat).
Meskipun Sanctus menjurut tradisi dibuat dengan musik yang sangat sederhana, banyak pengarang lagu yang menciptaka musik yang lebih rumit untuknya. Ia menjadi bagian yang wajib dari misa manapun. Dalam doa ekaristi, Sanctus biasanya segera diikuti oleh Benedictus.
Benedictus berikut (dari kata bahasa Latin yang berarti "diberkati") juga biasanya dinyanyikan. Teksnya diambil dari Injil Matius 21:9

Benedictus qui venit in nomine Domini.
"Diberkatilah Dia yang datang dalam nama Tuhan."
"Hosanna in excelsis
"Hosana di tempat yang mahatinggi".
Sanctus tak boleh dikacaukan dengan Trisagion.
Dalam praktik tradisional, umat menundukkan kepala pada waktu bagian pembukaan "Sanctus, sanctus, sanctus", dan membuat Tanda Salib pada kata-kata "Benedictus". Praktik ini sudah hampir hilang di Gereja Katolik Roma sejak Vatikan II, tetapi masih agak umum dalam Anglikanisme.
