Shahtoosh (juga ditulis shahtush, sebuah kata Persia yang memiliki arti "raja wol murni") adalah nama yang diberikan untuk sebuah jenis syal khusus, yang dibuat dari rambut antelop Tibet (chiru), oleh pengrajin dan wanita dari Kashmir, Utara India. Syal Shahtoosh sekarang merupakan barang yang dilarang dan penjualannya dicap ilegal di sebagain besar negara karena Chiru adalah seekor spesies terancam menurut CITES.
