Sher Shah Suri (1486 – 22 Mei 1545) (Persian/bahasa Pashtun: فريد خان شير شاہ سوري – Farīd Xān Šer Šāh Sūrī, nama lahir Farid Khan, dikenal juga sebagai Sher Khan, "Raja Singa") adalah pendiri Kekaisaran Sur di India Utara, dengan ibu kotanya di Delhi. Sebagai etnis Pashtun, Sher Shah mengambil kekuasaan Kekaisaran Mughal pada 1540. Setelah kematiannya pada 1545, putranya Islam Shah menjadi penggantinya.
