Sirenia (umumnya disebut sapi laut) adalah ordo mamalia herbivora yang hidup di perairan seperti rawa-rawa, sungai, muara, dan laut. Di dalam ordo ini terdapat empat spesies yang belum punah, yaitu dugong (satu spesies) dan lembu laut (tiga spesies). Di dalam ordo Sirenia juga terdapat spesies sapi laut steller yang sudah punah semenjak abad ke-18 dan sejumlah taksa yang ditemukan dalam bentuk fosil. Ordo ini berevolusi pada masa Eosen sekitar 50 juta tahun yang lalu.
Sirenia juga dikenal dengan julukan siren yang berasal dari siren dalam mitologi Yunani. Istilah ini berasal dari legenda mengenai penemuan Sirenia yang melibatkan pelaut yang mengira bahwa mereka adalah putri duyung.
