Sirmium adalah kota yang terletak di Pannonia, Romawi Kuno. Kota ini pertama kali disebut dalam catatan sejarah pada abad ke-4 SM dan pada awalnya dihuni oleh orang Iliria dan Keltik. Sirmium kemudian ditaklukan oleh Romawi pada abad ke-1 SM dan lalu menjadi ibu kota provinsi Pannonia Hilir. Pada tahun 294, Sirmium dinyatakan sebagai salah satu dari empat ibu kota Kekaisaran Romawi.
Kota ini terletak di tepi Sungai Sava yang saat ini merupakan bagian dari provinsi Vojvodina, Serbia utara. Republik Serbia menyatakan tempat ini sebagai situs arkeologi yang sangat penting pada tahun 1990.
