    Kehidupan dan karier


    Mizuno lahir di Tokyo dan dibesarkan di Somerset, Inggris. Bapaknya keturunan Jepang, sedangkan ibunya setengah-Britania setengah-Argentina. Ia bersekolah di Royal Ballet School saat masih kecil dan lulus dari Royal Ballet School. Ia kemudian menjadi bagian dari sejumlah kelompok balet, termasuk Semperoper Ballet di Dresden, Ballet Ireland, New English Ballet Theatre, dan Scottish Ballet. Ia memulai karier modelnya pada usia 20 tahun karena tidak puas dengan aktivitas baletnya dan pernah dikontrak oleh Chanel, Alexander McQueen, Saint Laurent, dan Louis Vuitton. Sepanjang tahun 2014, Mizuno tampil dalam drama tari karya Arthur Pita berjudul The World's Greatest Show di Greenwich Dance dan Royal Opera House.
    Mizuno mengawali karier perfilmannya melalui film fiksi ilmiah Ex Machina besutan Alex Garland yang dirilis di Britania bulan Januari 2015. Ia juga tampil di film tari High Strung yang disutradarai Michael Damian dan dirilis tahun 2016. Pada tahun 2016, ia menjadi penari utama di video musik "Wide Open" karya Chemical Brothers dan Beck.
    Pada Agustus 2016, ia tampil di video musik "Nikes" karya Frank Ocean.
