Dalam mitologi Yunani, Spartoí (bahasa Yunani: Σπαρτοί) adalah para prajurit yang muncul dari gigi naga yang ditaburkan ke tanah.
Spartoi di Thebes
Kadmos tiba di Thebes, Yunani setelah mengikuti seekor sapi atas anjuran Orakel Delfi. Kadmos yang bermaksud mengorbankan sapi tersebut kemudian menyuruh anak buahnya ke mata air terdekat untuk mengambil air. Mata air tersebut dijaga oleh seekor naga yang membunuh semua anak buah Kadmos sebelum akhirnya mati oleh Kadmos
Menurut Apollodoros, naga itu adalah hewan suci milik Ares. Athena memberi setengah gigi naga tersebut pada Kadmos dan menyuruhnya untuk menaburkannya ke tanah. Kadmos melakukannya dan dari dalam tanah bermunculan pria bersenjata. Kadmos menjadi takut dan melempar batu ke tengah-tengah mereka. Para prajurit tersebut mengira bahwa batu tersebut dilempar oleh salah seorang di antara mereka dan kemudian saling bertarung sampai hanya lima yang tersisa: Ekhion, Udeus, Khthonios, Hiperenor dan Pelorus. Lima orang ini membantu Kadmos mendirikan kota Thebes. Menurut Hellanikos, hanya ada lima spartoi yang keluar sehingga tidak terjadi pertarungan di antara para Spartoi. Ekhion menikahi Agave, anak Kadmos. Pentheus, anak mereka, menggantikan Kadmos memimpin Thebes.
Spartoi di Kolkhis
Setengah bagian dari gigi naga yang dibunuh Kadmos ditanam oleh Iason di Kolkhis. Aietes, raja Kolkhis, memperoleh gigi itu dari Athena dan memaksa Iason untuk menaburkannya ke tanah untuk memenangkan domba emas. Seperti Kadmos, Iason melempar batu ke tengah-tengah para Spartoi sehingga mereka saling bertarung, kali ini tak ada yang selamat.
