Sway adalah sebuah manajer jendela ubin dan kompositor Wayland. Sway terinspirasi dari i3 dan ditulis dengan bahasa pemrograman C. Sway dirancang sebagai pengganti i3 dengan menggunakan protokol peladen layar Wayland yang lebih modern dan pustaka kompositor wlroots. Sway dapat berjalan menggunakan berkas konfigurasi i3 yang sudah ada dan mendukung sebagian besar fitur i3 sembari menyediakan beberapa fitur baru lainnya.
Kontrol sistem baku Sway untuk menggerakkan jendela hampir sama dengan vi. Pemfokusan jendela dapat dikendalikan dengan kombinasi tombol Super dan salah satu tombol H, J, K, atau L. Penggerakan jendela dilakukan dengan kombinasi tombol yang sama dengan penambahan tombol Shift.
Seperti halnya dengan i3, Sway dapat diperluas dan digerakkan menggunakan soket domain Unix-nya dan antarmuka IPC berbasis JSON dari banyak bahasa pemrograman.
Rilis stabil Sway yang pertama adalah pada tanggal 11 Maret 2019, setelah 3,6 tahun pengembangan.
05 Des 2023 · With the sway bar connected the straps really are not needed as the sway bar will likely prevent over extension. I took the WJ out on some mild trails with a few moderate sections on hills where heavy rain water flows made the trail very washed out with gullies and rocks.

28 Mar 2016 · The info you have about sway bars is also mostly true, a 1" rear sway bar is so stiff it will not allow the rear to flex and it is tough on the thin tin frame. I would imagine that even the 7/8" Addco that they recommend for use with a stock front sway bar would also limit flex. So if you drive even mild trails A rear Addco should be disconnected.
21 Feb 2022 · As others have mentioned I had to cut a coil off of the spring. The preload was a little too much for the sway bar to reconnect. I reinstalled the sway bar onto the Jeep and used the Procal to turn off the light. All is good. I plugged the sway bar motor back into the Jeep just for kicks (before the Procal) and it wasn't actuating at all.
04 Jun 2008 · Hit the SIDE of the sway bar where the tapered bolt is. You can also pull the sway bar down so it's perpendicular to the ground and hit the top of the threads on the sway bar link. If you do that make sure you have a nut on there so you don't mushroom the threads.
30 Nov 2020 · That and a set of disconnects will leave you vehicle with all the benifits of the track bar and sway bar on road, and none of the disadvantages off road. Granted, the telescoping track bar runs around $200-$230.
09 Jun 2008 · It depends on how much droop your front end has. The PO of my jeep had the sway bar perfectly level,,,,so when the front end drooped,,,the sway bar "flipped" forward. This created a hellacious bang and a lot of work. I would angle the sway bar up slightly. The suspension will always droop more than it will compress.

03 Okt 2020 · It is near impossible to install the sway bar without lifting the entire front end, or removing from the bushings as you have stated. @Kauim is on the money. That is what I would do if you can only get one side up at a time. If you have a lift, you will need the sway bar relocation brackets otherwise it will interfere with the spindle.
02 Jun 2011 · In the mean time I bought an Addco rear sway bar. That was a mistake, what I had thought was roll steer induced sway was actually more of a tracking and rear steer problem because of the original bushing design. Now with the changes to the A arm I have had the Addco disconnect for 6 months and still no sway.
