With the Beatles adalah album studio kedua oleh kelompok musik dari Inggris The Beatles. Album ini dirilis pada 22 November 1963, oleh Parlophone records, direkam selang empat bulan setelah rilis album debut the Beatles 'Please Please Me'. Album ini berisikan delapan komposisi asli (tujuh komposisi oleh Lennon–McCartney dan "Don't Bother Me", komposisi pertama George Harrison yang dirilis dalam album the Beatles) dan enam lagu komposisi milik orang lain (sebagian besar dari musik jenis Motown dan hit-hit R&B). Pada 2003, album ini ditempatkan pada posisi 420 oleh majalah Rolling Stone dalam daftar 500 Album Terbaik Sepanjang Masa.
