Dame Carol Ann Duffy HonFBA (lahir 23 Desember 1955) adalah seorang penyair dan pengarang drama asal Skotlandia. Ia adalah Profesor Puisi Kontemporer di Manchester Metropolitan University, dan diangkat menjadi Poet Laureate Britania pada Mei 2009. Ia adalah wanita pertama, orang Skotlandia pertama dan orang LGBT terbuka pertama yang memegang jabatan tersebut.
