    • Robert Bernard "Danny" Gardiner (third ¼ 1939 – 14 January 2015) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1960s and 1970s. He played at representative level for Great Britain and Lancashire, and at club level for Workington Town, Wigan and Oldham, as a prop or second-row.
