Sir Grafton Elliot Smith, FRS HFRSE FRCP (15 Agustus 1871 – 1 Januari 1937) adalah seorang pakar anatomi Egiptologi dan pencetus pandangan hiperdifusionis prasejarah Australia-Britania Raya.
