Jean-Baptiste de La Salle (pengucapan bahasa Prancis: [lasal]) (30 April 1651 – 7 April 1719) adalah seorang imam, reformator pendidikan dan pendiri Lembaga Kefrateran Sekolah-sekolah Kristen asal Prancis. Ia adalah santo Gereja Katolik dan santo pelindung bagi para guru muda. Ia kerap disebut sebagai La Salle dan De La Salle.
La Salle mencurahkan sebagian besar hidupnya untuk pendidikan anak-anak miskin di Prancis. Ia memulai banyak praktik pendidikan berkelanjutan. Ia dianggap sebagai pendiri sekolah-sekolah Katolik pertama.
