Lionel Dinesh Richie, Jr. (lahir 20 Juni 1949) adalah seorang penyanyi R&B, pianis, penulis lagu, sekaligus produser rekaman dari Amerika Serikat. Ia mengawali karier musiknya sebagai penyanyi dalam grup musik Commodores pada tahun 1970-an. Tahun 1981 ia mulai berkarier solo. Albumnya sukses pada tahun 1980-an dan ia menerima Penghargaan Grammy untuk album Can't Slow Down pada tahun 1983. Setelah merilis album ketiganya, Dancing on the Ceiling, pada tahun 1986, namanya meredup dan sejak saat itu belum pernah lagi menemukan kembali kesuksesan yang sama seperti masa 1980-an.
