Rebecca Ann Latimer Felton (10 Juni 1835 – 24 Januari 1930) adalah seorang penulis, pengajar, reformer dan politikus asal Amerika Serikat yang menjadi wanita pertama yang menjabat dalam Senat AS, meskipun ia hanya menjabat selama sehari. Ia adalah wanita paling berpengaruh di Georgia pada Era Progresif, dan dihormati atas pelantikannya di Senat. Ia dilantik pada 21 November 1922, dan hanya menjabat selama 24 jam.
