Serge Roullet (6 Juli 1926 – 14 Februari 2023) adalah seorang sutradara dan penulis naskah asal Prancis. Ia menyutradarai delapan film sejak 1959. Film tahun 1967 buatannya The Wall masuk dalam Festival Film Internasional Berlin ke-17.
Roullet meninggal dunia pada 14 Februari 2023, pada usia 96.
