Skee-Lo (lahir 5 Maret 1973 dengan nama lahir Antoine Roundtree) adalah seorang rapper yang terkenal pada tahun 1990-an lewat lagunya "I Wish" yang mencapai peringkat ke-13 di Billboard Hot 100. Single dan album I Wish mendapat sertifikasi gold oleh RIAA pada 1995. Ia dilahirkan di Poughkeepsie, New York, dan dibesarkan di Riverside, California.
