Apadravya adalah suatu tindik kelamin yang menembus kepala penis, seperti ampallang. Ampallang menembus kepala penis secara mendatar, sedangkan apadravya menembus kepala penis secara tegak lurus, biasanya ditindik di tengah-tengah dan melewati saluran kencing (uretra).
Kata apadravya (Sanskerta: अपद्रव्यcode: sa is deprecated ) merupakan istilah umum dalam buku Kama Sutra bagi prostesis yang dipakai untuk memperbesar ukuran penis saat berhubungan seksual, terutama untuk memuaskan wanita yang digolongkan sebagai hastini (हस्तिनी, 'gajah betina'). Memasang apadravya dengan cara menindik lingam (penis) disebut sebagai kebiasaan di "negeri-negeri selatan." Definisi tersebut dapat merujuk kepada jenis jarum dan semat penis yang berasal dari kebudayaan proto-Melayu. Sejatinya, desain tindik kelamin tradisional tersebut hanya berupa jarum yang dipasangkan dengan manik-manik kayu sehingga istilah apadravya dalam konteks ini merujuk kepada aksesoris tambahan yang dipasangkan pada jarum di penis, bukan pada tindiknya. Namun Doug Malloy pada tahun 1970-an mempopulerkan bahwa tindik penis tegak lurus disebut "apadravya" sedangkan tindik mendatar disebut "ampallang".

However, I must emphasize the stretching timelines in the r/stretched wiki apply ONLY to stretched ears and don’t in any way reflect the timetable for stretching an apadravya.
