Auld Alliance (dalam bahasa Scots berarti "Persekutuan Lama"; bahasa Prancis: Vieille Alliance) adalah persekutuan yang dibentuk oleh Kerajaan Skotlandia dan Prancis pada tahun 1295 dengan tujuan untuk bersama-sama menghadapi ancaman dari Kerajaan Inggris. Persekutuan ini berakhir pada 6 Juli 1560 setelah ditandatanganinya Perjanjian Edinburgh yang menggantikan persekutuan ini dengan persekutuan Inggris-Skotlandia.
Persekutuan ini bermula dari perjanjian yang ditandatangani oleh John Balliol dan Raja Philippe IV dari Prancis pada tahun 1295 untuk melawan Raja Edward I dari Inggris. Berdasarkan isi perjanjian tersebut, jika Inggris menyerang salah satu pihak dalam persekutuan ini, pihak yang lain akan menyerang wilayah Inggris, seperti yang terjadi pada Pertempuran Flodden pada tahun 1513 saat Skotlandia menyerbu Inggris karena Inggris telah mengobarkan perang melawan Prancis. Persekutuan ini menjadi faktor penting dalam konflik antara Inggris dengan Skotlandia dan Inggris dengan Prancis, seperti pada masa Perang Kemerdekaan Skotlandia, Perang Seratus Tahun, Perang Liga Cambrai dan Rough Wooing.
Persekutuan ini berlaku selama lebih dari 250 tahun dan diperbaharui oleh hampir semua raja Prancis dan Skotlandia (kecuali Raja Louis XI).
