Nov 8, 2019 · Running Command Prompt as Administrator resolved the issue for me. Here's how to do it, if needed: Open the Start Menu: Press the Windows key or click the Start button. Search for 'cmd': Type cmd in the search bar to find the Command prompt. Right-click on "Command Prompt" from the search results. Select Run as Administrator from the context menu.

These should automatically be expanded when using the windows cmd prompt (or bash / powershell): cd %UserProfile% Your specific issue here seems to be using UserProfile instead of UserName.
