    Eumenes dari Cardia (; bahasa Yunani: Εὐμένης; skt. 362 – 316 SM) merupakan seorang jenderal dan sarjana Yunani. Ia berpartisipasi di dalam Perang Diadokhoi sebagai pendukung kerajaan Makedonia Dinasti Argeadai.
    Ia adalah penduduk asli Kardia di Semenanjung Gallipoli, meskipun ia diduga Skithia. Pada usia sangat muda ia dipekerjakan sebagai sekretaris pribadi Filipus II dari Makedonia sampai kematiannya dan oleh Aleksander Agung, yang menemaninya ke Asia. Setelah kematian Aleksander (323 SM), Eumenes mengambil alih komando sejumlah besar tentara Yunani yang berjuang untuk mendukung putra Aleksander, Aleksander IV. Dalam pembagian kekaisaran, Kapadokia dan Paflagonya ditugaskan ke Eumenes; tapi karena mereka belum ditundukkan, Leonnatus dan Antigonos didakwa oleh Perdikkas untuk mengamankan mereka.
