Eumenes dari Cardia (; bahasa Yunani: Εὐμένης; skt. 362 – 316 SM) merupakan seorang jenderal dan sarjana Yunani. Ia berpartisipasi di dalam Perang Diadokhoi sebagai pendukung kerajaan Makedonia Dinasti Argeadai.
Ia adalah penduduk asli Kardia di Semenanjung Gallipoli, meskipun ia diduga Skithia. Pada usia sangat muda ia dipekerjakan sebagai sekretaris pribadi Filipus II dari Makedonia sampai kematiannya dan oleh Aleksander Agung, yang menemaninya ke Asia.
