Mystras (bahasa Yunani: Μυστράς, Μυζηθράς, Myzithras dalam Kronik Morea) adalah kota terfortifikasi dan beekas munisipalitas di Laconia, Peloponesus, Yunani. Semenjak reformasi pemerintahan lokal pada tahun 2011, kota ini merupakan bagian dari munisipalitas Spart dan berstatus satuan munisipalitas. Mystras terletak di Gunung Taygetos, di dekat Sparta kuno. Kota ini merupakan ibu kota Kedespotan Morea pada abad ke-14 dan ke-15, dan mengalami periode kesejahteraan dan perkembangan budaya. Situs ini tetap dihuni selama periode Utsmaniyah. Pada tahun 1830-an, kota ini ditinggalkan dan kota baru Sparti dibangun delapan kilometer di sebelah timur.
