Santo Sergius (atau Serge) dan Bacchus adalah para prajurit Kristen Romawi abad keempat yang dimulaikan sebagai martir dan santo militer oleh gereja-gereja Katolik, Ortodoks Timur dan Ortodoks Oriental. Hari raya mereka adalah 7 Oktober.
Sergius dan Bacchus sangat masyhur pada Abad Kuno Akhir dan gereja-gereja didirikan di beberapa kota untuk menghormati mereka, seperti di Konstantinopel dan Roma. Persahabatan karib mereka berdua sangat disoroti dalam tradisi dan hagiografi tentang mereka dan menjadikan mereka sebagai salah satu pasangan santo yang paling terkenal. Kedekatan ini membuat sejarawan John Boswell berpendapat bahwa hubungan di antara mereka sesungguhnya hubungan romantis. Meski banyak sejarawan lain menolak teori ini, tetapi pemujaan terhadap mereka cukup populer di kalangan umat Kristen homoseksual.
