Thomas Bing Kin Chong (lahir 24 Mei 1938) adalah seorang aktor, penulis, sutradara, musisi, aktivis hak ganja dan pelawak Kanada-Amerika. Ia dikenal karena album-album dan film bertema ganja Cheech & Chong dengan Cheech Marin, serta memerankan karakter Leo dalam acara Fox That '70s Show. Ia dinaturalisasi menjadi warga negara Amerika Serikat pada akhir 1980an.
Kehidupan awal
Thomas B. Kin Chong lahir di University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta, pada 24 Mei 1938, Ibunya adalah Lorna Jean (née Gilchrist), seorang pelayan keturunan Skotlandia-Irlandia dan ayahnya adalah Stanley Chong, seorang supir truk Tionghoa yang berimigrasi ke Kanada pada 1930an. Usai datang ke Kanada, Chong senior mula-mula tinggal dengan bibinya di Vancouver, dimana para imigran Tionghoa kebanyakan bermukim di sebuah wilayah kecil karena diskriminasi rasial.
