Josephine Grace Brand (lahir 23 Juli 1957) adalah seorang pelawak, penulis, presenter dan pemeran asal Inggris. Memulai karir hiburannya dengan beralih dari perawatan psikiatris ke karir komedi alternatif tunggal dan penampilan awak pada Saturday Live, ia tampil pada The Brain Drain, Jo Brand Through the Cakehole, Getting On dan berbagai penampilan televisi yang meliputi peran sebagai tamu reguler pada QI, Have I Got News for You dan Would I Lie to You?. Ia juga membuat penampilan reguler pada BBC Radio 4 di program-program seperti The News Quiz dan Just a Minute. Sejak 2014, ia menjadi presenter The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice.
