Kenneth Neal Waltz (8 Juni 1924 – 13 Mei 2013) adalah anggota fakultas University of California, Berkeley dan Universitas Columbia dan merupakan salah seorang sarjana paling terkemuka di bidang hubungan internasional. Ia adalah salah satu pendiri aliran neorealisme, atau realisme struktural, dalam teori hubungan internasional.
