Keuskupan Clogher (bahasa Irlandia: Deoise Chlochair) didirikan pada 1111 di Sinode Rathbreasail sebagai tahta untuk Kerajaan Uí Chremthainn. Keuskupan tersebut adalah bagian dari Keuskupan Agung Armagh.
